I run a small real-estate and asset-management company that relies heavily on AI and other tech solutions, and I want to tap every government and private-sector grant we qualify for in Canada. I’ll supply you with all the internal information you need—financials, corporate documents, technology road-maps, business plans—so you can focus on research and paperwork instead of chasing me for details.
Here’s the flow I have in mind. First, you’ll complete a thorough scan of federal, provincial and municipal programs as well as relevant private funds that back tech-driven real-estate ventures. Then you’ll determine our eligibility requirements, gather the correct forms or online portals, and populate every field with the data I provide. Once the applications are ready, you’ll return each package to me for final review and signature, making sure submission guidelines and deadlines are clear and that nothing is left blank.
I expect accurate, grant-specific narratives (budget explanations, impact statements, AI use cases, ESG language when appropriate) and clean, typo-free forms formatted exactly as the funding body requests. Familiarity with common Canadian funding tools or databases—GrantConnect, the Government of Canada’s Funding Portal, provincial portals, etc.—will make this process smoother, but any reliable research workflow is fine so long as it gets us the maximum number of qualified applications submitted on time.
