Award Submission - Need a Writer

Hello,
We need someone to research and write an Award submission.
We are after 500 words maximum. This is not for a grant, but for an award application. (i.e to get an award / recognition). We just need the proposal started and then we can take over by adding more content. There are 3 questions that need answering regarding safety objectives, outcomes and values.
We can provide more information like links to the service and some notes for each point. We just need a well formated 500-word submission. English speaking, correct grammar, spelling and formatting.
