Assisted Living Startup Grant Writing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m launching a new assisted-living community and need a seasoned grant writer to secure the startup funding that will move the business from concept to opening day. I have not settled on a single funding source, so I’m open to government, private-foundation, or corporate grants—whichever programmes best match the project’s mission and timeline.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Thorough research and short-listing of suitable grant opportunities that fit an assisted-living startup.
• Development of a persuasive master narrative plus any tailored sections each application requires (needs statement, budget, projected impact, compliance with state elder-care regulations, etc.).
• Assembly of complete, submission-ready packets—forms, attachments, budgets and supporting documents—delivered in both editable and PDF formats.
• A simple tracker so I can see upcoming deadlines, submission status and next steps.
Acceptance criteria
1. At least five well-matched grant opportunities with deadlines and eligibility confirmed.
2. One polished application ready for immediate submission, plus templated content that can be adapted for the remaining prospects.
3. All work proof-read, compliant with the specific funder’s guidelines and formatted for online or postal submission as required.
If you have a successful track record in health-care or elder-care grant writing—and can navigate SAM.gov, Grants.gov, or foundation portals with ease—I’d love to work together.
