Grails and openlayer consultant and developer

We need grails and openlayer consultant. We already have developed grails applications using TntelliJ, grails 3.3.10 and com.bertramlabs.plugins:asset-pipeline-grails:2.15.1. The version of openlayer is 3. We need a consultant and developer to help us develop new functions and solve the questions we face. Right now we need to develop a function: Click on a map rendered by openlayer and draw a circle and line on it. The difficult part is the consultant needs to understand our code first. We can provide source code.
