Custom GPT-4 Chatbot with Imaging -- 2

I’m looking for a developer who can deliver a stand-alone AI service that combines a GPT-4 powered chat engine with an integrated AI image generator, all wrapped inside a fully themeable UI.
What I need
• A text-only conversational layer driven by GPT-4 (OpenAI API), able to hold context, follow system prompts, and expose temperature / max-tokens settings in an admin view.
• An image generator—DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or your preferred library—triggered by user commands and returning the image URL or base64 string directly in the chat stream.
• A front-end that lets me change colors, fonts, icons, and layout without touching code (think CSS variables or a simple JSON theme file). No external channel integrations; the bot will live entirely inside my own web interface to keep user data private.
• Clean, well-commented source code plus a short README so I can redeploy or extend the project later.
Tech stack is flexible, though I’m comfortable hosting a Node.js or Python backend and a React, Vue, or similar SPA front-end. If you propose something else, just outline why it suits the requirements.
Acceptance criteria
1. Chat responds accurately via GPT-4, returning text only.
2. Image generator can be invoked with a slash command (/imagine “sunset over mountains”) and delivers a valid image.
3. UI theming proved by switching between at least two example themes without code edits.
4. All components run locally behind my firewall with no calls to social media or live-chat widgets.
