Website and inventory system for an online jewellery store

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a website and inventory system for my online jewellery store.
The purpose of the store is to select the best items from the inventory, and to recommend these to customers. Item selection is to be made by identifying keywords in a chat between the customer and a chatbot (utilising OpenAI’s API and GPT models). The items in the inventory come from a group of registered sellers, who also require a tool to manage their inventory. The project should ideally be completed within a timeline of 3-4 weeks, with a beta version ready after 2 weeks.
Features Required:
- A well organised database structure for inventory (storing prices, images, descriptions etc.).
- A tool for sellers to manage their individual inventory on the database.
- An e-commerce style website, including a page using a GPT-powered chatbot acting as a sales assistant.
- A payment system.
- A user log-in and registration system.
- A mobile compatible version.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing e-commerce websites and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of database management systems and experience in integrating them into websites.
