Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Seeking a proposal for converting an existing set of (text, word) documents from a training course and training GPT-3 on that proprietary date, then fine-tuning GPT-3 on the course contents so query responses provide content that is exclusively from the course, or at least prioritizes the course content over the generic GPT-3 data set/model.
A draft RFP is included below. At this time we're looking only for a project proposal. If it is accepted, we will post an additional job for the implementation of the proposal.

Project Title: Creation of AI model from proprietary training course
Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer to take a proprietary training course stored in text format and create an AI model from it. The course covers a specific subject matter and is intended to be used as a knowledge base for answering questions.
The freelancer will be responsible for the following tasks:
Collect and preprocess the data from the proprietary training course to ensure that it is in a format that can be easily used by GPT. This may include tasks such as cleaning and preprocessing the data, and tokenizing the text.
Fine-tune a pre-trained GPT model on the proprietary training course data using transfer learning.
Implement blocking or filtering techniques to limit the access to the main knowledge base and make the AI model rely more on the proprietary system's data.
Test and evaluate the AI model's performance and make adjustments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
Strong experience in natural language processing and machine learning, specifically with GPT models.
Experience in fine-tuning pre-trained models and implementing blocking or filtering techniques.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with data preprocessing and visualization tools such as Pandas, NLTK, and Matplotlib.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
The expected timeframe for completion of this project is 4-6 weeks.
