Teltonika GPS Remote Support

We are seeking an experienced GPS tracking expert to provide remote support for our company. We use Teltonika devices and require a professional to assist with device configuration, platform management, user activations and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up configurations for devices using Uffizio & Teltonika
- Teltonika FOTA Web firmware updates
- Set up and manage sims
- Troubleshooting problems with devices
- Provide technical support to customers and our team to enhance their expertise
- Ensure smooth remote support availability when required

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Uffizio GPS tracking platform
- Strong knowledge of Teltonika configurations & FOTA Web
- Ability to train and guide a team remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical support
- Good communication skills in English
