IoT PCB Design for Smart Scooter

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I'm working under Ramen Electric Pvt. Ltd., and I’m building a smart electric scooter project. I already have the mobile app UI and backend ready, but now I need the hardware side, plus help integrating it with the app.

Here’s exactly what I need:

A custom IoT PCB (ESP32-based) with:
– GSM (SIM800L)
– GPS (NEO-6M or similar)
– Relay output for motor cut-off
– Buzzer output
– Optional UART/CAN to read data from LiFePO₄ BMS
– Power input from 12V/5V DC

I also need:
– Firmware flashed on the board that can communicate with my app (Firebase/MQTT or REST API)
– 1 to 2 fully assembled working boards shipped to me
– Guidance on how to integrate the hardware with my app

I will also share a document listing all the features I want on the app so you can help align the hardware outputs and events properly with it.

I accept your budget — but I expect A+ grade work in terms of:

PCB layout and quality

Firmware that works with my app backend

Neat schematic and BOM designed in EasyEDA or any industry-standard software
