GPS Tracking Service Mobile App Development

We are building, a vehicle GPS tracking service based in West Africa.Our service installs GPS modules on customers' vehicles through a network of certifiedtechnicians, and provides real-time tracking via a mobile app.
We are looking for an experienced mobile developer (or small team) to build the MVP 00
of our application: two mobile apps sharing a single backend, designed to validate the coreoperational flow from installation to customer tracking.

What We Are Building
Two apps, one backend:

App 1 — Customer App
For vehicle owners who subscribe to our service.
Profile: simple account with phone number + OTP login
Map: real-time vehicle location on a map (Google Maps or OpenStreetMap), positionhistory (7 days), recent trips list
FAQ: searchable FAQ list, content managed from back-office
Chat/Support: asynchronous messaging with our support team

App 2 — Technician App
For certified technicians who install GPS modules on-site.
Client list: list of assigned clients with installation status (Pending / In Progress /Installed / Activated)
Client detail: client info, vehicle info, action log
Guided installation flow: step-by-step process including QR code scan (or manual IDentry) for both the subscription and the GPS module, physical install confirmationchecklist, module activation with real-time status feedback
Chat: messaging with the client AND with our support team
