WordPress Website Speed & SEO Optimization Expert Needed

I am looking for an experienced WordPress performance and SEO expert to completely optimize my website according to Google PageSpeed Insights standards.

Project Requirements:
- Fully optimize the WordPress website so that all PageSpeed Insights metrics score above 90
- SEO score must be 100%
- Performance score should be 90+
- Accessibility and Best Practices should also be 90+
- Ensure optimization works for both desktop and mobile
- Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID)
- Image optimization, caching, minification, and code optimization
- No negative impact on design or functionality

Additional Small Changes:
- Make 2–3 small design updates, limited to changing the top banner(s) only
- No major redesign required

Important Notes:
Website is already live; changes must be done carefully
Final results will be verified using Google PageSpeed Insights
Clean, professional, and long-term optimization preferred (not temporary tricks)
