This is NOT a redesign and NOT an SEO project.
This is WordPress hygiene, stability, and performance work on a large, content-heavy site that already ranks well and must be handled carefully.
I am working with a specialized entity-SEO company (Kalicube) that manages a proprietary schema/plugin system. Your work must not interfere with that, which starts next week.
Scope of Work
* Audit all installed plugins (identify conflicts, bloat, redundancies)
* Remove unnecessary/broken plugins
* Safely update remaining plugins
* Database cleanup and optimization
* Fix broken internal links and broken images
* Resolve redirect chains and obvious 404 issues
* Clean XML sitemaps and orphan URLs
* Improve crawl depth via internal link fixes (no URL changes)
* Site speed and performance optimization
* Security hardening
* Full backup before any work begins
* Clear documentation of all changes made
Critical Restrictions
* DO NOT modify or remove the Kalicube plugin
* DO NOT install SEO or schema plugins (Yoast, RankMath, AIOSEO, etc.)
* DO NOT change URLs, navigation, or site architecture
* DO NOT modify the About page
* Preserve all existing SEO elements and redirects

* Experience maintaining large WordPress sites (300+ pages)
* Strong staging → production workflow
* Clear backup and rollback process
* Proficiency with Google Search Console and Screaming Frog (or equivalent crawl tools)
* Excellent documentation habits
