WordPress 95+ Speed Optimization for homepage

My corporate WordPress site needs to score 95 or higher on Google PageSpeed Insights for both mobile and desktop, and earn an A+ on GTmetrix. The main culprits I have already spotted are oversized images/files and render-blocking resources, so the job starts there, but you’re free to employ any proven WordPress optimisation techniques—image compression or next-gen formats, critical CSS inlining, script deferral, caching layers, CDN tuning—so long as the existing design, tracking and plugin stack remain intact.
