WordPress Speed Optimization Setup

My WordPress site drags on every front—homepage, product-service sections, and even the blog. Page-load time is the obvious bottleneck, and I have yet to install or configure a single optimisation plugin.

Here’s the help I need: run a full performance audit, tune the hosting environment (server cache, PHP version, database, SSL, HTTP/2—whatever applies), and then put the right speed-boosting tools in place. Image compression, file minification, browser caching and a clean CDN hand-off should all be covered so the site finally loads fast for visitors everywhere.

Deliverables
• Before/after speed reports (GTmetrix or Lighthouse)
• Configured optimisation plugin(s) with notes on settings applied
• Hosting-level tweaks documented for future reference

Once the changes are live and the reports prove tangible gains, I’ll sign off.
