WordPress Speed Optimization Needed

My WordPress site is dragging its feet and I’m ready to see it fly. The priority is clear: get both the homepage and our key product pages loading fast enough to delight users and pass Core Web Vitals without cutting corners on design or functionality.

What I know so far
• Platform: WordPress, running on a typical shared-hosting setup.
• Current tweaks: I’m honestly not sure which, if any, caching or optimisation plugins are active. Treat this as a clean-slate audit.
