WordPress Speed Optimization Expert

My WordPress site drags on both the homepage and our product pages. Google PageSpeed Insights shows scores stuck in the “0-49” range, so visitors and conversions are taking the hit. I’d like a specialist who can dig into the usual suspects—image weight, unused CSS/JS, server-side caching—and whatever else you uncover, then push those scores into the green zone for both mobile and desktop.

Acceptance will be simple:
• PageSpeed Insights consistently above 90 on the homepage and a representative product page.
• No visual or functional regressions across current plugins, checkout flow, and theme.

You’ll have full admin and hosting access once we start, and I’m happy to test changes in a staging environment first if that’s your preference. If you’ve turned around similar slow sites, I’d love to hear how you did it and see a before-and-after report. Let’s get this site loading fast.
