WordPress Speed Optimisation Fix -- 2

My WordPress site became noticeably sluggish right after I ran the most recent core and theme updates. Pages that once loaded in a flash are now taking several seconds, and the back-end feels equally heavy. I need a specialist to pinpoint the bottlenecks—whether they sit in queries, bloated assets, or mis-configured caching—and implement a clean, stable fix that brings performance back to (or better than) its previous level without breaking any design elements.
