WordPress Site Update with New HTML + CSS

I have the finished HTML + CSS for a brand-new homepage and need it faithfully applied to my live WordPress site. Your job is to convert that static layout into the theme’s front page, match every header element, navigation dropdown, section, and style, and keep every existing feature and piece of content working exactly as it does now.

The layout must respond flawlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop, so media-query know-how is essential. I expect clean, well-commented PHP, SCSS/CSS, and template files that won’t break future theme or plugin updates. Please avoid hard-coding URLs, respect current hooks, and follow WordPress coding standards.

Deliverables
• Updated theme files (or a safe child theme) implementing the new homepage
• CSS/JS additions minified or enqueued properly, no inline clutter
• Verification that the blog feed, forms, login areas, SEO or commerce plugins, and any other existing functionality still work after the swap
• A brief deployment note explaining which files were touched and how to roll back if needed
