WordPress Server Expert Needed

Server and WordPress Expert Wanted
We manage multiple WordPress websites (blogs) hosted on Hetzner, and we are facing with recurring issues with some of them. We don't know the root cause. We are looking for expert support to help us get things stable.
Examples of issues:
- Blank home pages
- Broken pages
- White screens
- Critical issues
Things to Know:
- The sites are hosted on Hetzner.
- We are trying to keep the plugin always updated, but sometimes we forget to update. But once we fix plugins, the issue reappears on the same site, or on another one. So we don't think this is the reason. We believe that is a deeper root cause.
- We manage them through Cloudflare.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in server and WordPress management.
We are looking for someone reliable and committed. This is not about quick fixes. We want a permanent solution to these recurring issues.
