WooCommerce Speed Audit & Ongoing Support
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I run a WordPress + WooCommerce store that’s already live; now I want to make it faster and future-proof. To start, I’ll give you full admin credentials so you can explore the dashboard, theme, plugins, and WooCommerce settings. Your first task is a quick but thorough speed audit focused on our product pages and the checkout flow—those two areas matter most to my conversions and were chosen as the priority.
I haven’t run Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or any other performance tests yet, so you’ll be starting with a clean slate. After poking around, send me a concise report outlining:
• Current load-time metrics and Core Web Vitals collected from at least two industry tools
• Immediate bottlenecks you spot—heavy plugins, render-blocking scripts, caching gaps, database bloat, theme issues, etc.
• Actionable recommendations ranked by impact and effort, specifically targeting product and checkout pages
• Any technical risks or structural problems that could bite us later
• A brief proposal on how you’d like to continue working together once we move beyond this familiarization phase
If your audit hits the mark, we’ll discuss an ongoing arrangement for implementing your fixes, rolling out new features, and providing regular support.
When you reply, please include:
• A quick summary of your WordPress and WooCommerce experience
• One or two live sites you’ve optimized (before/after numbers welcome)
Looking forward to your insights and hopefully a long-term collaboration.
