Website more visitors

Dear freelancers,
We are a health magazine and website which likes to increase our number of visitors to the website, so that we can earn from advertisements. Today, we have around 80 visitors per day (300 visits). We want to achieve at least 1000 visitors per day. We are seeking a freelancer, who is able to reach this number. Please only freelancers who ask for payment, once they reach the number (not any freelancers who will just "do their best"). All the content on the website is about fruits/berries/vegetables and health. We have written more than 100 articles on the subject. Many of them are online already. But we also have much content which we have not put online. We would like to only reply to offers where it is clear that you have read the project description.
