Website Speed Performance Testing

My main concern right now is raw speed. I need a performance-focused tester who will zero in on two critical areas of my site—the home page and the checkout flow—and tell me exactly how fast (or slow) they are, why, and how to fix it.

Here’s what I expect:

• A repeatable speed test using recognised tools such as Lighthouse, WebPageTest, GTmetrix or similar, run from at least two geographic locations.
• A concise report that captures key metrics (LCP, FID, CLS, TTFB, overall load time) for both the home page and the complete checkout journey.
• Clear, prioritised recommendations that a developer can act on immediately, with notes on estimated impact and quick-win versus long-term fixes.
• Screenshots or exported results so I can verify your findings later.

I’m not asking for a full bug or usability audit this time—the brief is speed and nothing else—so please stay laser-focused on performance. If you have sample reports or past speed-testing successes, feel free to mention them in your bid so I can see the depth of your analysis.
