Turbo-Charge WordPress Page Speed

My WordPress site is noticeably slower than snov.io, and I want it to load with the same snap-fast feel. Right now the install is running on plain WordPress—no caching layer, no image-compression plugin, no performance tweaks at all—so you’ll be starting from a clean slate.

What I need
• Audit the theme, core, and any active plugins to spot bottlenecks
• Implement best-practice front-end and server-side optimizations: caching, minification, critical-CSS inlining, lazy loading, image/webP conversion, database cleanup, and anything else required to match snov.io-level speed
• Configure the chosen tools (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, Autoptimize, Cloudflare, or similar—open to your recommendation) without breaking current functionality
• Deliver a before-and-after benchmark report using PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix, demonstrating sub-2-second full load on both desktop and mobile

Acceptance criteria
1. Core Web Vitals all in the green (LCP ≤2.5 s, CLS ≤0.1, FID/TBT in passing range)
2. GTmetrix Grade A with fully loaded time under 2 s
3. No visual or functional regressions on live pages
