Technical SEO Specialist Needed

My main focus is generating more leads and sales from organic search, but I’ve discovered several technical roadblocks holding the site back. I need an SEO specialist who can zero-in on technical issues and deliver quick, high-impact improvements without touching on content or link-building for now.

Scope of work
• Run a concise technical audit covering Google, Bing and Yahoo crawlability.
• Pinpoint critical errors—indexing problems, duplicate content, sitemap glitches, page-speed bottlenecks, mobile responsiveness, structured-data markup, HTTPS, Core Web Vitals.
• Provide a brief, prioritized action list (top 5–10 fixes) that I can hand straight to my developer.
• Implement the simplest, high-return fixes yourself when access is granted (e.g., robots.txt, canonical tags, XML sitemap resubmission, basic schema tweaks).
• Re-test in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to confirm the issues are resolved.
