My WordPress website drags on every single page and I want it to feel light and instant again. The core objective is to eliminate the slow loading speeds, though I’m happy to approve small design tweaks if they directly contribute to better performance or user experience.

I can run fresh tests with PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix at the start of the project so you have clear baseline numbers to target. From there, I expect a full performance overhaul—caching setup, image compression, code minification, database clean-up, CDN configuration, or whatever mix of proven techniques you recommend—provided the final stack stays dependable and simple for me to maintain.

Acceptance criteria
• Desktop and mobile load times consistently under three seconds, with Core Web Vitals in the green
• Before-and-after speed reports delivered for transparency
• Live site fully backed up before work begins, with a brief hand-over guide at completion

Keep the current visual styling unless a layout change is absolutely required for speed; if that happens, just flag it first so I can approve.
