Resolve Amelia Mobile Booking Load
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
PLEASE NOTE THIS ISN'T A TRIAL PROJECT IF YOU CAN'T DO IF DON'T EVEN BID FOR THE PROJECT. INCLUDE YOUR ACTUAL PRICE FOR THE PROJECT AND TIME REQUIRED
My WordPress site relies on the Amelia plugin for all appointment scheduling, and the desktop experience works perfectly. The problem starts the moment a visitor tries to book from a phone—on both Android and iPhone the booking form never appears. As soon as the “Book” button is tapped, nothing loads, so the process never even reaches date-time selection.
I’m looking for someone who can quickly track down the root cause—whether it’s a JavaScript conflict, caching rule, CSS obstruction, or something tucked away in Amelia’s settings—and implement a stable fix. You’ll have access to the site’s WordPress admin, hosting panel, and any staging environment you may need.
Acceptance criteria
• Booking form renders fully on current versions of Chrome and Safari mobile
• Users can move through every step (service, date/time, details, confirmation) without errors
• No regressions on desktop or tablet views
• A brief summary of what was changed so I can maintain the solution
If you’ve troubleshot Amelia or similar booking plugins before, even better. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any diagnostics you’d like me to run ahead of time, and we can get started right away.
