Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance.

Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs such as ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media advertising.

Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.

Generate regular reports and present campaign performance to stakeholders.

A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign setup, tracking, or performance.



Qualifications:

Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (specify platforms, if necessary, e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Familiarity with SEO and organic marketing strategies is a plus.

Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are preferred.
