Optimize WordPress Website for 90+ Google Lighthouse Score (Mobile & Desktop)

I have a WordPress website with multiple installed plugins, and I’m looking for an experienced WordPress performance optimization expert to deep dive into my site and make all necessary adjustments to achieve a Google Lighthouse performance score above 90 for every page — on both mobile and desktop.

Important Requirements & Process:

Staging Environment

I will provide a staging site (identical copy of my live site) for you to work on.

All performance audits, testing, and optimizations must be done on the staging site.

Optimization Scope

Perform a detailed analysis of current site performance using Google Lighthouse and other relevant tools.

Identify all technical issues affecting site speed and Core Web Vitals.

Recommend and implement optimizations in the staging site to achieve a consistent 90+ Lighthouse score on all pages for both mobile and desktop.

Optimizations may include (but are not limited to):

Image compression and next-gen format conversion

Script and CSS optimization (minification, deferring, combining)

Lazy loading for images and videos

Plugin performance audits and adjustments

Database optimization

Server-side caching adjustments

Eliminating render-blocking resources

Improving TTFB (Time to First Byte)

Any other necessary performance enhancements

Security Consideration

Due to security reasons, I will apply the final changes to the live site myself.

Your role will be to identify and document all changes made on the staging site, along with step-by-step instructions so I can replicate them on the live site.

Deliverables

Optimized staging site with a 90+ Lighthouse score for all pages (mobile & desktop).

A detailed report listing all changes made, the reasoning behind them, and implementation steps.

Before-and-after performance reports for verification.
