Optimize Website Loading Speed

I need an expert to significantly improve my website's loading speed. Currently, the entire site is slow.
I run a PBBG/ RPG site @ www.deadlyhustle.net.
I have been looking into speeding up the load times as the entire site is SUPER SLOW lately. I did a report from GTmetrix and it was bad.
