I run a WordPress site that needs to stay consistently fast. I’d like you to handle regular speed checks and the ongoing fine-tuning that follows so the site never slips below top performance standards.

WP Rocket is already installed and licensed, so all optimisation work should be carried out through that plugin. Please leverage its full feature set—from caching and preload to delay-JS—while avoiding conflicts with existing functionality.

Key areas that must be kept in top shape:
• Reducing overall page-load time
• Improving mobile performance scores
• Optimising images and other media without degrading quality

Typical tasks will include auditing Core Web Vitals, reviewing waterfall reports, refining WP Rocket settings, trimming heavyweight assets, and recommending lightweight alternatives when necessary. If issues arise between check-ups (e.g., a theme update slows things down), I’ll flag them and expect a prompt fix.

Deliverables each month:
1. Performance report before and after optimisation (Google PageSpeed Insights & GTmetrix)
2. Documented WP Rocket configuration changes
3. Brief summary of any image/media compression or code adjustments made

Please be comfortable working directly on a live site with minimal downtime and prepared to explain your adjustments so they can be replicated in staging.
