New Website Indexing for Brand Visibility

I need help indexing my new website on major search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. My primary goal is to enhance brand visibility.

We are looking for long term work , however our website is very low marginal niche market, so we do need to start somewhere, and hopefully expanding on the go..
Please explain us the steps you will do, and cost of it.

Key Requirements:
- Index site on major search engines
- Setting console, analytics, sitemap submission, txt verification, etc...
- No existing SEO strategies, starting from scratch
- Only white hat techniques!
