Monetize WordPress with AdSense

My WordPress blog is already up and running and driven entirely by written posts. What it still lacks is a smart AdSense setup that actually earns. I’m looking for someone who knows how to analyse my existing theme, traffic patterns and user behaviour, then map out – and implement – an ad-placement strategy that maximises click-through without compromising readability or site speed.

Here’s what I expect to walk away with:
• A page-by-page placement plan showing exact ad sizes and positions
• Implementation of those placements (whether through my current theme, a child theme, or an AdSense-friendly plugin you recommend)
• Basic styling tweaks so ads blend naturally with the blog layout while staying compliant with Google policies
• A short guide explaining how I can adjust or add units in future

I’ll give you full WordPress and AdSense access once we agree on the approach, and I’m open to suggestions if a lightweight plugin or minor theme adjustment will improve performance. If you’ve lifted RPMs for content-heavy sites before, I’d love to see examples.
