Mobile Website Speed Optimization

I run a corporate website whose desktop performance is fine but whose mobile load times are hurting conversions. The biggest pain point is oversized imagery, so the first priority is to resize, compress, and serve images through proper lazy loading.

Once the images are under control, I need an effective caching layer. I have no preference between WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or another reputable solution—choose what lets us hit the best Core Web Vitals numbers.

Heavy or redundant plugins should be audited and removed where safe. Please minify, combine, defer, or otherwise optimise CSS and JavaScript so that the Largest Contentful Paint slips comfortably into the green zone. A gentle database clean-up (post revisions, transients, overhead) will finish the tune-up.
