I am looking for an SEO specialist to optimise my driving school website (Driving West Motor School) for stronger local rankings across multiple Perth suburbs.

Website loading speed
On-page SEO structure
Local suburb page relevance
Google Business Profile connectivity
Review response consistency

Scope of Work
1. Speed & Performance Optimisation
Compress and convert images to WebP where possible
Minify CSS/JS and remove unused scripts
Enable caching and lazy-loading
Improve Google PageSpeed scores to:
80+ on Mobile
90+ on Desktop
Provide before & after screenshots
2. Technical SEO & SSL
Ensure full HTTPS (no mixed-content warnings)
Confirm indexing and fix errors in Google Search Console
Submit or update sitemap
Check canonical tags and resolve duplicates if present
3. Local Suburb Pages (On-Page SEO)
Update or create suburb-based service pages (initial focus):
Driving Lessons Joondalup
Driving Lessons Butler
Driving Lessons Clarkson
Each page must include:
Suburb in H1, Title Tag, Meta Description, and Body Copy
300–500 words unique suburb-specific content (no duplication)
Internal links to Booking Page + Home Page
4. Google Business Profile (GBP) Link Integration
Link each suburb page to the correct service area in Google Business Profile
Confirm changes with screenshots
5. Review Response (Reputation SEO)
Reply to recent Google reviews with short, friendly responses that include:
Suburb name
The phrase “driving lessons”
Deliverables
Before/After PageSpeed screenshots
List of updated URLs
Titles & Meta Descriptions document
Screenshot showing GBP linking updates
