Lightweight WordPress Rebuild — Transfer Existing Content to New Fast Installation

Description:
We have an existing content website with the full design, content and images already available. We need a WordPress developer to rebuild it on a new, extremely lightweight WordPress installation.

The task is to transfer the existing pages, posts, content and images into a clean new setup — NOT to copy the old plugins, old database, old builder setup, or unnecessary bloat.

Scope:
- Around 10 pages: homepage, resources, imprint/legal, privacy, contact, etc.
- Around 50 posts total
- Most posts are quote posts; around one-third are longer article posts

Required structure:
1. Header menu with dropdown

- Working HTML code for the menu is already available
- Needs to be integrated responsively

2. Homepage and general layout
- Lightweight post grid
- Sticky/scrolling sidebar with newsletter widget, newest posts and categories

3. Post layout #1 — Long articles
- Clean article template
- Summary section at the end
- Related posts at the end
- Global author box
- Newsletter signup integration, e.g. Brevo
- Footer

4. Post layout #2 — Quote posts
- Simple, lightweight quote post template
- Easy to publish many quote posts

5. Footer
- Simple, lightweight footer with important links

6. Authors
- Multiple authors must be supported
- Each post must show the correct author box/details

Requirements:
- Build a fresh, lightweight WordPress site
- Transfer all current pages, posts, content and images
- Use as few plugins as possible
- No heavy page builders
- No unnecessary sliders, popups, icon libraries, font bloat, or extra scripts
- Optimize for speed, mobile performance and security

Very important:
The migration must be SEO-safe. Existing URLs/slugs should stay the same wherever possible. The live site must not lose indexed pages because of missing content, broken URLs, wrong canonicals, accidental noindex settings, or missing redirects.
