Comprehensive WordPress Performance Audit
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My WordPress site needs a full, end-to-end audit. I want a clear picture of every plugin, the theme, and the core WordPress version currently in use, together with any compatibility conflicts, outdated elements, or security gaps you uncover.
Right now I mainly rely on Google PageSpeed Insights, yet the site still struggles with long loading times, slow server responses, and heavy, un-optimized images. I’d like you to dig deeper, generate a detailed report, and map out practical steps for improvement—especially around CSS and JavaScript optimisation.
Please examine code quality, database calls, hosting configuration and anything else that affects performance. When you deliver, I should be able to act immediately on your findings.
Key deliverables
• An itemised inventory of all plugins, theme, and core versions, flagged for compatibility, out-of-date status, and security vulnerabilities
• A performance snapshot (baseline metrics) covering load time, server response, and image weight
• A prioritised action plan to speed up the site—including CSS/JS minification or deferral, image optimisation techniques, and server-side tweaks—explained in plain language
• Before-and-after metrics so I can verify gains once recommendations are applied
Acceptance criteria
• Report is provided in an editable document (Word or Google Docs)
• Each recommendation includes a brief “why it matters” note and estimated effort/impact
• All technical terms are spelled out once; no unexplained jargon
If anything in the brief is unclear, let me know early so the audit runs smoothly.
