My domain needs a full performance overhaul. Every public-facing page—homepage, product listings, and blog articles—must load fast on both desktop and mobile. Right now slow loading times are hurting the user experience, search rankings, and conversion rate.

The job covers:

• Detailed audit of existing code and assets
• Compression and re-encoding of all JPEG and PNG images (consider WebP/AVIF where appropriate), with responsive sizing and lazy loading
• Minification, bundling, and proper defer/async handling of CSS and JavaScript
• Elimination of render-blocking resources and unused code
• Smart caching and CDN configuration where possible
• Accessibility fixes that surface during the process (contrast, alt text, ARIA attributes)
• On-page SEO tweaks tied to performance, including correct image metadata and efficient HTML structure

Acceptance criteria
• 98+ Lighthouse score for Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO on the homepage, a representative product page, and a blog post
• Visual quality of images unchanged to the naked eye
• No functional regressions across modern browsers and mobile devices
• Clear before/after reports plus a concise hand-off document outlining changes made and how to maintain the gains
• LCP less than 2 secs
• TBT less than 200 MS
• CLS zero
