Boost WordPress PageSpeed

My WordPress site looks and functions exactly the way I want—it just loads far too slowly. Google PageSpeed Insights shows mobile scores stuck in the low-30s, and I need that pushed as close to 90+ as soon as possible.
Current optimisations already in place:
• Caching (a little bit)
I also want zero visual or content alterations; only speed should improve.
What I expect from you
• A clear outline of the steps you’ll take (e.g. image lazy-loading, database cleanup whatever you judge effective)
• Before-and-after PageSpeed evidence to prove the gains.
