I run angorussia.com on WordPress and need every installed plugin brought up to its latest stable release. The focus is on our SEO, security, and performance-optimisation add-ons, but I’d like you to sweep through anything else that is active as well.

Also to make the website functional with Anti-virus firmware which is currently blocking the site on the web browser

My preference is to use the platform’s automatic update feature wherever it is offered; if a plugin lacks that option, please handle it manually but keep the same version-tested discipline so nothing breaks the theme or custom code. After the work is done, send a brief changelog noting the versions applied and any issues you had to troubleshoot. A quick front-end sanity check and a look at the error logs to confirm there are no new warnings will be considered acceptance criteria.
