Google Search Console Site Change of Address Help

We are trying to update our google search console to reflect some of the changes we have made to our websites. We operate a multi-site network and have changed from a subdomain to subfolder structure. The 'old' site was site1.example.com. site2.example.com. site3.example.com, etc.. Those site are still up but 301 redirecting to the 'new' sites. Each of those subdomains was set up as it's own property in Search Console. The new site is set up as subfolders so it's newsite.com/1, newsite.com/2, newsite.com/3, etc.. but in search console it's set up as one property for all of the sites.

I'd prefer to do all of the work myself if I can just get the info on how to do this. I can't seem to find information specific enough for this.
