Chinese or India Webmaster

I require a webmaster in India or China or abroad, who has access to "MULTIPLE" COMPUTERS. I have a very small media outlet in North America and in contravention to Section 2B of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and contrary to 1st Amendment in the U.S. Constitution, individuals from law enforcement are blocking, impeding and filtering the news broadcast. You will act in conjunction with our media outlet in North America and handle the webmaster services from abroad with the use of multiple computers.
