Integrate a Google Form into ALREADY existing Google Sheet

FLEXIBLE ON PRICING. I'm working on a Google Suite, collecting responses from Forms into a unified Google sheet, Saving attachments in drive. Now want some help creating one more Google Form & collect responses in the same sheet. Need someone already well versed with App Script as there's some code involved.
