GA4 setup using GTM

Looking for a GTM expert to setup GA4 for multi country Shopify website. Need setup, e-commerce tracking, linking to Google ads, event tracking like outbound links, scroll, video views, etc.

Also need help with setting up Google Data Studio Dashboards using new GA4 data.
