Setup Google Tag Manager for Dynamic Remarketing and Google Analytics 4 for Opencart website

Hi, I need your help to setup Google Ads Dynamic Remarketing Tag in Google tag manager and also set up for Google Analytics 4 for an OpenCart 2.x website.

This new code must be insterted in google tag manager:
