Setting up interstitial ads on Google Ad Manager for a website publisher

We are a publisher of specialized construction industry websites and wish to enhance our offerings to include interstitial ads for our clients, served through Google Ad Manager (GAM). Currently these ads are appearing on ontarioconstructionnews.com as GAM autoserves Google AdSense ads there. However, we wish to be able to sell this advertising form directly, and so need our GAM account and website to be updated to handle these requirements.
