Restructure Google Tag Manager tags

I am looking for a Google Tag Manager expert to help restructure the tags for our existing business.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate level of experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics Tags
- Strong knowledge of tag management best practices
- Familiarity with website performance optimization
Project Requirements:
- The current Google Tag Manager, Analytics tags are not set up properly and are causing slow page loading times.
- The main issue is that there seems many useless tags, many of which are not correctly tracking or are unnecessary.
- The goal is to remove unwanted tags and optimize the setup to improve website performance.
