Implementing tags, tracking of convertions correctly and smoothly

We are a marketing company that are looking for a freelancer who can assist us from time to time with implementing Google Ads convertiontracking/ Tag-manager, setting it up correctly so we can show this to our costumers.
We are talking firstly a couple of costumers as a test, if all goes well we are looking for someone who can handle around 60 accouts who need tracking set up.
After theese 60 we will need some help from time to time to tweek and set up for new costumers that comes in.
