recover google authenticator

I recently set up Google Authenticator less than a month ago but have since lost access to my account. I do not have a backup code as I wasn't aware that I needed one. I am now in need of an experienced freelancer to help me recover my authenticator as soon as possible. The project requirements are to:
1. Thoroughly diagnose the issue with my Google Authenticator;
2. Repair it to allow me to access and use it with my account;
3. Hand the project over to me in a state in which it can be used without further issues.
