Google Maps positioning

Hello! We are an online British design studio selling wedding invitations (our American website: polinaperri.com ). We ship worldwide and now want to expend our business to USA and find American customers. In the past, we already have been placed on Google Maps, had satisfied clients from USA which left us excelent reviews on Google Maps reviews. Unfortunately, according to new Google terms of use - video confirmation is required, which we couldn’t do on our own due to our position.
I would like to clarify that we don't have an address in NY, but we want Google Maps to show our business there - we want a mark on the map so customers can find us easily and then shop online.
We are looking for solutions - what we can do to achieve our goal. One of the ideas we came up with - buying a digital office. But only address won't be enough - Google wants us to shoot a video at that exact address. It can be any adress in NY. So for that we need a person living there who will be able to do that.
This is one of our solutions we came up with to deal with this task. Another idea - ability to use your address, for an extra fee, of course. Basically, it will be shown on Google Maps that our business is located at your address (don’t worry, our customers won’t visit - in USA we are working online only) plus video confirmation will be required (video of the street, how you are entering your place, showing working space - table, laptop, etc. Video is only for Google, it won’t be public. We can discuss details later upon your agreement).
But if you have other ideas - we are happy to hear them out!
