Google My Business Expert Needed

I have several GMB profiles and I'm having some issues. Despite multiple attempts, I can't seem to add a mobile number to one of my profiles as the verification process keeps failing. Additionally, for one GMB account, the profile is not visible for a specific location. I've checked for policy violations and there are none.
